Prior to founding Arroyo & Company, Pedro was one of the founders and CEO of Arroyo & Coates, which for 22 years was consistently ranked as one of the Top 5 commercial real estate firms in the Bay Area.

Mr. Arroyo started his commercial real estate career with Marcus & Millichap where he spent 8 years and was Vice President of Investments. Upon leaving Marcus & Millichap in 1998 Mr. Arroyo had produced more per month than any other broker in the history of the company.
