Ryan Wagner specializes in the sales of commercial properties throughout the Bay Area. From complex condo-conversions and development parcels to single-tenant NNN and large retail dispositions, Ryan has been involved in the sale of over $320,000,000 in commercial assets.

Mr. Wagner brings to brokerage an extensive history of asset management, managing over 300 apartment units throughout the Bay Area, as well as acquisition and management experience of over $30 Million in retail properties. Before arriving at Arroyo & Company, Ryan designed and built residential and commercial properties throughout Northern California.
