David Kram joined Arroyo & Company in 2007, where he began as an asset manager of both apartment buildings and shopping centers in California, Hawaii and Nevada.  In addition to specializing in single-tenant triple net and shopping centers, David has now worked on various products types, including apartment buildings, mobile home parks, land, service stations and self storage facilities. As a member of Arroyo Commercial Group, David brings his experience in sales, leasing, investor relations, financial analysis, and asset management.
