Arroyo & Coates Negotiates the Lease of 3,152 SF to Amedisys in Antioch, CA

San Francisco, CA (October 2009): Arroyo & Coates announced today that it has finalized the lease for 3,152 square feet of office space in Williamson Ranch Plaza, a Wal-Mart anchored center on Lone Tree Way in Antioch, CA.

The lessee, Amedisys– a multi-regional provider of home health care nursing services– was represented by Granville Jenkins, of Swearingen Realty Group, headquarted in Dallas, Texas; and the lessor was represented by Vincent Aicale and David Kram, of the Arroyo Commercial Group.

The Arroyo Commercial Group is a division of Arroyo & Coates that specializes in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of retail, office and triple net properties. Since 2000, they have completed nearly $1.1 Billion dollars in the sale and leasing of over 12 Million square feet.
