Arroyo & Coates Negotiates the Lease of 3,500 SF to RE/MAX in Antioch, CA

San Francisco, CA (September 2008):  Arroyo & Coates announced today that it has finalized the lease for 3,500 square feet of office space in Williamson Ranch Plaza, a Wal-Mart anchored center on Lone Tree Way in Antioch, CA.  
 
The lessor was represented by Vincent Aicale and David Kram of the Arroyo Commercial Group; and the lessee, RE/MAX– was represented by Josh Scott and Brian Slocum of Colliers International. Founded in 1973, RE/MAX is now a global real estate franchising network with over 7,000 offices in 65 countries.  
 
The Arroyo Commercial Group is a division of Arroyo & Coates that specializes in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of retail, office and triple net properties.  Since 2000, they have completed nearly $1.1 Billion dollars in the sale and leasing of over 12 Million square feet.
