Arroyo & Company negotiates the sale of an 86,238 SF Shopping Center in Madera, CA


Arroyo & Company is pleased to announce the sale of 1325-1333 Country Club Drive in Madera, California. This 100% occupied shopping center includes national tenants: dd's Discounts, Fallas Paredes, and 99 Cent Only.
 
The property was bought and sold by undisclosed private investors located in the Bay Area. Pedro Arroyo and David Kram of the Arroyo Commercial Group represented both the buyer and seller. The transaction included a complex loan assumption and Arroyo & Company assisted with the execution of dd's lease before the close of escrow.
