Arroyo & Coates negotiates the purchase of a Dollar General in Georgia

San Francisco, CA (February 17th, 2010) Arroyo & Coates announced today that it represented a 1031 exchange buyer in the acquisition of a newly constructed Dollar General in Guyton, GA.  The property was bought by undisclosed private investors for $1,100,000.
 
With stores located in small to mid-sized communities in 35 states, Dollar General has more locations than any retailer in America. Dollar General stores sell consumable basic goods, including paper products, cleaning supplies, health and beauty aids, basic apparel and seasonal items.
