Arroyo & Coates Negotiates the Sale of $1,200,000 Industrial Building in San Rafael

San Francisco, CA (February 2010)— Arroyo & Coates announced today that it acted as the sole advisor in the disposition of 747 Lincoln Avenue / 40 Duffy Place, a light industrial property located in San Rafael. The property was bought and sold for $1,200,000 by undisclosed private investors.

Originally constructed in the 1958, 747 Lincoln Avenue / 40 Duffy Place consists of two buildings totaling 6,565 square feet. The property was purchased by an owner user who took advantage of attractive SBA financing.

Both the buyer and seller were represented in the transaction by David Kram and Pedro Arroyo of the Arroyo Commercial Group— a division of Arroyo.

The Arroyo Commercial Group specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Since 2000, they have completed the sale of nearly $1.2 Billion dollars and over 12 Million square feet.
